The Three Years Law Course leading to the LL.B. Degree is a six-semester full time course. Students who do not wish to practise as Advocates, are eligible for the LL.B. (General) Degree, at the successful completion of the second year (4th semester). On successful completion of three years (6th semester) the LL.B. Degree is awarded. There is an examination held by the University of Mumbai at the end of each semester. The LL.B. Degree will not be conferred unless the candidate has passed in/or cleared all the papers prescribed for each semester in accordance with the provisions relating the semester examination.
